Just a simple blog-post here, but I think I’d like to post at least to act as a reminder to include this in my future online teaching. What an amazing technique and fun way to gauge involvement.
The cross-programme session was taught by Jheni and Siobhan, focussing on Data. We were later challenged to work in small groups, creating limmericks using a data orientated vocabulary. From that I learnt I am simply not poetic… but still I loved the wordsearch so here it is!
I liked how you could see people finding words, but as more and more people got involved, it became illegible and a lovely piece of collaborative creativity and people resorted to writing messages, drawing faces and actually speaking using their mics much more than they ordinarily would have done if they were just passively listening.
